Coaches,

 

I found out on Friday that CEVA requires all coaches to turn in all pages of
your CEVA registration:

 

1.	Log in to your account
2.	Click "My Information
3.	Click "Membership Info"
4.	In the "Membership History" section click the icon   "

Confirmation"Looks like paper, for your current membership paper work.
5.	Print/save as a PDF and email to me

a.	second option is fax everything to 503-296-2017
b.	third option is to deliver directly to CEVA
