Dear Coaches,

 

We need you to supervise the putting up and taking down of the nets.  I have
had to fix the equipment at St Andrews 3 times this year because it was
broken.  I also found our volleyball out side the gym and not put back in
the ball cart.

 

If something is broken please let me know!

 

Steve Sandvold is not happy about the way the equipment is being put away at
Robert Gray.  We would be in dire straights if we lost Robert Gray as a
practice facility.

 

Please get to practice early so you know what resources you have and how &
where they need to be put away.

 

Thank you for all you do and I will be happy to go over closing procedures
at any of the facilities with you!
